With 45 years of industry experience, we founded Canterbury Floors to bring high-end, meticulously crafted flooring to Manhattan, KS. We're known for our integrity, honesty, and commitment to doing things right.

All Canterbury team members are encouraged to not only serve our clients well, but to also volunteer with church and community organizations and to serve their families selflessly.

We continually strive to become better in all that we do. Teaching and learning are daily requirements. While it is important to become better at our vocation, the most important area of growth our team experiences is personally and relationally. All team members are encouraged to and given time to, find mentors and/or counselors, to pursue opportunities to learn and train to be better husbands, wives, parents, and friends.
Humility
Humility is not thinking less of yourself, it is thinking of yourself less. All team members are expected to treat anyone with whom they interact with respect and dignity and to be attentive to their needs and concerns. Arrogance has no place here.
Stewardship
Our ultimate goal is to serve and live in a way that is pleasing to God. Therefore we fullfill our responsibilities as stewards or managers and not owners. This likely should be the first value as all others are derived from it.
This is why we so invest much in our team members. People are eternal, profits are fleeting. As stewards we value giving back to the community with both time and money.
